## Description

The City Council is wishing to appoint Framework Partners to supply specified biomass fuel to Byker District Heating\. Tenderers should note that the Contract is a framework contract and orders under it will be made by the Council as and when required\. The Council makes no guarantee that any orders will be placed under the Contract\. This is a Framework with a maximum of three Suppliers\. Please apply via the NEPO Portal\.
