Purchase of metabolite analyser equipment, their installation, consumables, service and maintenance for installation at the new Gene Therapy Innovation and Manufacturing Centre in Sheffield between 2022 and 2027. The intention to award a contract as a 'Negotiated procedure without a prior call for competition' was previously published as a Voluntary ex ante transparency notice (reference: 2022/S 000-001797) on 21/01/2022. Regulation 32 of PCR 2015 was applied as in 32. (2) (b) (ii) and 32. (5) (a) . This first purchase was for one Flex 2 machine, consumables, installation, IQ/OQ validation preventative maintenance and training
