## Description

Tenders were invited by the Council of the Borough of Kirklees \(the "Council"\) from Suppliers appointed to the Roofing Framework \(KMCHNPS-015 - Lot 1\) with relevant experience and ability for \(the "Works"\) as detailed in the Further Competition documents\. Four roofing schemes were tendered in this competition, they were: Scheme 1: Soothill \(North\) Scheme 2: Garden Estate \(North\) Scheme 3: Cottage Homes \(South\) Scheme 4: Skelmanthorpe \(South\)
