IEG4 e-Designer

Description

A GCloud (digitamarket place) framework was used for the procurement. The call off contract is for the provision of Services under; - Lot 2 : Cloud software - Lot 3 : Cloud support Following on from the cyber attack, ICT procured the eDesigner forms from IEG4 to allow residents communicate with the Council mainly on Revenues, Benefits and Housing needs issues. A contract was taken out for 2 years but we omitted to include the extension of another 2 years as allowed under Gcloud contracts. We have returned to Gcloud to rerun the procurement and have the same results for the continued use, hosting and support of the IEG4 forms.
