Billingley View - 'Barnsley Low Carbon Standard' New Build Housing Development

The Council is looking to procure a contract for the construction of a housing scheme of 16 houses built to a highly energy efficient specification, which will be wholly electric and have been designed to respond to the Councils Zero 40/45 The New Build Housing Development will be located on the Council owned site off Billingley View, Bolton on Dearne. The project will deliver the following mix of properties: Homes for Council rent comprising: 10 Nr 2 Bedroom Houses 6 Nr 3 Bedroom Houses.
