Leasehold Flat Buildings Insurance

Description

The Council of the Borough of Bournemouth has appointed a supplier to provide its Leasehold tenanats (Right to Buy, Mortgaged and Shared Ownership Properties) with the provision of property7 insurance in respect of private dwellings sold on a leasehold basis, the majority of these were under the Right to Buy Legislation. The value of this contract will vary depending on the number of properties insured. The contract will commence on 01/04/16 and will run for a period of 3 years. There is an option to extend this contract annually for a further two years. Therefore, if all the extensions are taken, the full length of the contract will be 5 years.
