South Tyneside Council has been awarded £1.5 million funding from the WHLG, the annual funding is detailed below and includes 15% Admin and Ancillary payments (A&A): • Year 1 2025/2026 - £322,899.00 • Year 2 2026/2027 - £588,551.00 • Year 3 2027/2028 - £588,551.00 This tender is to appoint an organisation to act in the capacity of Delivery Partner to fulfil the requirements of the grant award on behalf of the Council. The work will involve the identification of suitable properties and the installation of the following types of measures: Energy performance and low carbon heating
