## Description

The aim of this project is to deliver PAS2035 compliant retrofit works to 132 Torus-owned properties located across three Torus schemes in the Walton area of Liverpool\. Successful completion of the works will aid in improving the energy efficiency of the properties, whilst also aiming to improve the comfort, health, and well-being of Torus' Social Housing tenants\.
