Blackpool Coastal Housing \(BCH\) and Blackpool Housing Company \(BHC\) are looking to appoint a Contractor framework to undertake sampling services to include taking samples of materials suspected of containing asbestos under controlled conditions, testing and provision of asbestos survey reports\.
