## Description

Blackpool Council is looking to appoint a contractor to replace the athletics track surface and make modifications to the throwing cage as per the specification, following both failing recent Track Mark inspections\. The full specification is attached at Appendix A\. Blackpool Council wishes to appoint a Contractor/s who can clearly demonstrate the ability to meet our requirements and who offers the most economically advantageous tender\.
