1119 - Framework for the Supply, Delivery, Installation, and Commissioning of a Vacuum Forming Machine

Description

CPI has a requirement for a Vacuum Forming Machine for prototype manufacture of plastic formed parts. The parts to be formed will contain printed electronic circuits and so any features of the machine that are particularly relevant to this application should be highlighted. As part of a new technology extension, CPI is building equipment capability inb 3D printed and formed electronic systems and intends to install Vacuum Forming capability to allow for the creation of 3D formed electronic circuits. This tender aims to acquire this capability. The equipment must be able to form plastic sheets which contain printed circuits formed using a range of printing technologies but including screen print of silver and other inks and also inkjet and aerosol jet printed circuits. The circuits to be formed may consist only of printed conductor tracks and sensor materials or they may also contain electronic components.
