## Description

This project is part of the Construction and Commerial Estates teams wider plan to competitively tender and put multi-year, programme level contracts in place for the necessary professional services\. The aim of these programme level contracts is to lever advantages from repeatability, taking advantage the learning curve, reducing time and costs\. This contractcovers the requirement for Quantity Surveyor services across the Cath Lab and Large Medical Equipment Replacement \(LMER\) programmes\. Individual projects requirements will be identified in the Trust's capital plan\. This requirement was competed through the Procure Partnerships: Professional Services Framework \(London\) - Lot: Quantity Surveying
