e-ITT for the provision of a Housing Management System \(HMS\) \(Sept 2021-24\) Provision of a Housing Management System for New Forest District Council \(NFDC\) commencing September 2021 \(3 year term with optional 1 \+ 1 year extension\) NFDC require a new Housing Management System \(HMS\) in order to improve service to customers and improve interfaces between corporate systems\. The HMS must include a tenancy database, property database and tenant management\.
