Landscape Consultancy Services: Padiham Townscape Heritage

Burnley Council requires the support of an experienced Landscape Architect/Consultant to support the development and delivery of the Padiham Townscape Heritage public realm improvement works.

Tenders are invited from organisations that have the resources and ability to undertake the professional services outlined within the Tender Brief. In summary the Council requires the support of an experience Landscape Architect/Consultancy to support the development and delivery of the Padiham town centre public realm improvement works. The Council wish to appoint a suitably experienced and qualified consultant or consortium to work with the Council's project team.

The appointed consultant, in consultation with the Project Team, is required to: provide advice and information to support the concept designs and oversee the works during the construction stage. Please refer to the Tender Brief document for a detailed description of the scope of services required.

Additional information: The value of the contract stated in this notice merely stipulates the Council's anticipated value for this work. This is provided to manage Bidder expectations in terms of funding available for this procurement.
