## Description

The requirement from Help to Buy \(HtB\) is to conduct an independent review of plans, to give stakeholders confidence that Homes England \(HE\) has the capability and technology to: 1\. Secure customer data in line with Data Privacy regulations\. 2\. Transfer Help to Buy data to third parties in a robust and secure way, including receiving the data back\. 3\. The skills, capability and technology within Help to Buy, interrogate data and reach accurate and meaningful conclusions from this data\. Direct award via CCS MCF3 Lot 2\.
