ESPH TI Single Person Discounts and Empty Homes Review and New Homes Bonus (ESPH158) - AWARD

Description

The East Sussex Procurement Hub (ESPH) is working on behalf of Wealden District Council (the lead authority) with Eastbourne Borough Council, Hastings Borough Council, Lewes District Council, Mid Sussex District Council and Rother District Council (the Partner Councils) to establish contracts with providers for the provision of Council Tax Discount and Exemption Reviews The opportunity is split into 2 Lots - Lot 1 Council Tax Single Person Discount Review. Lot 2 Empty Homes Review & New Homes Bonus. Bidders are invited to give details of any additional services and Added Value they may be able to provide(eg Student Exemptions Review, 2nd Homes Review, Council Tax Reduction Scheme) The lead authority and partner councils are seeking to award 2 contracts, each for a period of 3 years, with the option to extend for an additional 2 years - Total contract period of 5 years, to perform a series of reviews as outlined in the specification. Bidders may apply for one or both lots.
