The final date and time for the submission of bids was Friday, 31st January 2020 at 11:00. Brief Description of Requirement: This research will form the first activity of implementing an ongoing programme of outcome and impact evaluation for the Hartree Centre. It is envisaged that this work will inform a more detailed evaluation insight which will support establishing baselines for the Centre's next stage of funding. This contract was awarded based on the evaluation criteria set out in the Mini Competition document.
