## Description

The final date and time for the submission of bids was Friday, 31st January 2020 at 11:00\. Brief Description of Requirement: This research will form the first activity of implementing an ongoing programme of outcome and impact evaluation for the Hartree Centre\. It is envisaged that this work will inform a more detailed evaluation insight which will support establishing baselines for the Centre's next stage of funding\.
