## Description

The Contractor will deliver the Kinship Connected service for special guardians and kinship carers across the Leeds and Bradford metropolitan areas\. Leeds and Bradford City Councils want to provide a range of support and resources for special guardians, kinship carers and their families to improve stability and outcomes for children in kinship arrangements\.
