Supply, installation, commissioning and maintenance of a 5-laser spectral flow cytometer, to resolve high parameter \(30\+\) colour samples and experiments including highly overlapping dye sets\. The equipment will be situated in the multi-user, University of Nottingham Flow Cytometry Facility and utilised by researchers across the Midlands Innovation Universities\. The equipment purchased will be funded by a grant provided through the BBSRC 19-Alert Mid-range Equipment initiative\.
