Supply of Car Park Tickets and Advertising Concession

Malvern Hills District Council, Worcester City Council and Wychavon District Council are responsible for the maintenance and management of the Council owned car parks.

Separate contracts are required to be entered into with a contractor that shall ensure best value for the Authorities is achieved with regards to the supply of car park tickets.

Additional information: The Councils are using the e-procurement portal known as the Proactis Pro-Contract portal https://procontract.due-north.com to conduct this procurement exercise.

To gain access to the procurement documents, contractors will need to register their company details at the above website. Once registered, contractors will be emailed a log-in and password which will allow them to gain access to the procurement documents. Contractors will need to search for the invitation under Wychavon District Council and then electronically submit an expression of interest and follow the online instructions to view the procurement documents.
