## Description

The Extra-Care provision will be delivered within the borough of the New Forest, specifically in Totton, Lymington and New Milton\. The service will provide the following support to service users: - Provide stability and consistent availability of care service provision, including at night, to meet eligible need\. - Provide consistently good quality care\. - Ensure individuals' safety, protection from harm, and social inclusion\. - Work effectively with those seeking to access extra-care, scheme accommodation providers, the District and County Councils to facilitate effective and appropriate access\.
