GB-Southampton: National Mapping Services Segmentation and Persona Development

OS is seeking a strategic research agency that can scope requirements for an actionable segmentation and create a segmentation and personas that helps the business understand our customers' needs and requirements. The creation of segmentation and personas should seek to build on and update existing information already obtained and create synergies wherever possible. Existing research can be used to provide context to the study, however, further research is likely to be needed to form the basis of a more actionable, distinctive personas.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
