Description

The City of Lincoln Council is seeking to appoint a single Service Provider to supply, and to supply and fit, certified timber fire door sets. The property to be serviced within this contract is under the ownership and/or management of The Council. All property is located within the boundaries of the City of Lincoln. \r The scope of works will include:\r - The supply only of certified timber fire door sets including solid doors and partially glazed doors\r - The supply and fit of certified timber fire door sets including solid doors and partially glazed doors\r - The supply of a full range of spare parts for the above doors\r The Contract will be let for an initial period of 3 years intended to commence on 1st July 2024 with the option to extend for 2 further periods of 2 years up to a maximum contract period of 7 years. There is no guarantee as to the number of works orders that will be passed to the Service Provider each year.
