CBC-1816-T-TH Accommodation Based Support

Central Bedfordshire Council seeks to procure accommodation and support for single homeless people in two locations, one to the north of Central Bedfordshire, one to the south. These services are offered as two separate lots, and prospective providers are welcome to bid on either one or both lots. Broad specifications are set out below, that are applicable to both lots. Prospective providers are invited to set out, in detail, what service they can offer, to how many people, within these specifications. Each lot has a maximum contract value of £63 000. The contract is for a term of one year with the option to extend for a further year. Bids will be assessed 65% quality, 25% cost and 10% Social Value.
