## Description

Interim service for 3 months to respond to statutory requirements\. \(1\) DHSC are expanding C19 LTS and RTS testing sites across the UK to increase testing capacity during Autumn/Winter 2020/2021\. \(2\) This contract will specifically assist with the management of the testing sites and the potential increased demand for further sites which utilises current buildings\. \(3\) DHSC require a competent provider to undertake the Principal Designer role, a duty holder role required by the Construction \(Design and Management\) Regulations 2015, to cover all elements of this expansion under the network development plan\.
