## Description

The provision of occupational health services to South Kesteven District Council to include: - Pre-employment health screening for new starters - Occupational health support to maximise the wellbeing of employees, - Support absence case management - Compliance with disability legislation - Proactive support in managing and minimising the most prevalent reasons for absence across the authority\. The Contract will be in place for an initial period of 2 years, with options to extend for up to two periods of 1 year taking the total potential contract term to a maximum of 4 years\.
