There are further anticipated spikes of activity likely over at least the next two years as extraordinary regulatory frameworks remain in place due to the impact and tail of COVID-19. "Business at normal volume" is unlikely to return at least for some time. 4. Objectives Iterate and enhance on portal modules such as external experts, data portal and statement of compliance, which can enable Ofqual users to respond quickly and consistently to demand.
