## Description

Circle Housing Property Services \(CHPS\) is a Direct Labour Organisation \(DLO\), which, due to the merger of Circle Housing and Affinity Sutton to form Clarion, is now a wholly-owned subsidiary of Clarion Housing\. CHPS provide reactive repair services to Clarion stock in East Anglia, Essex, Hertfordshire, and Surrey\. There is a requirement for sub-contractors to carry out reactive works where CHPS in-house resources are unable to cover due to capacity or geographical location\.
