## Description

The requirement is to bring in specialist Splunk resources to supplement the current blended NHS Digital/external supplier/Splunk Professional services team supporting the build of monitoring dashboard capability for the NHS Digital IT Operations Centre\. The ITOC pathfinder is going live on the 5th October to support the end to end digital journey of NHS Test & Trace \(TTC\)\.
