## Description

The construction of additional warehouse facilities, approximately 50\.00m X 30\.00m with an internal height of 7\.00m on an existing concrete slab, at the Port of Workington\. The works will be procured under a two stage Design and Build Contract with Early Contractor Involvement\. It is anticipated that the successful Contractor would be required to have a steel fabricator in place to design and deliver the project to an extremely tight schedule\.
