Proposed Repairs to James Street and Turkish Baths

The project comprises the following works at the James street and Turkish Baths, James Street Carlisle, following the demolition of the 1970s Pools Building by others.\r \r • Re-roofing of the whole retained building\r Includes the possible use of non leadwork as agreed with the planners\r • Re-Pointing\r For all elevations of the building that is to be retained.\r • Replacement of gutters and rainwater goods throughout\r \r ** We do not know the actual contract end date at this stage - the date inputted is an estimate due to it being a mandatory field **
