Communal Upgrade Works

1.1. Executive Summary Rykneld Homes Ltd (RHL) working with, and on behalf of, North East Derbyshire District Council (NEDDC) is seeking to undertake upgrade works of communal areas to two blocks of flats within North East Derbyshire. The successful bidder will be responsible for all aspects of the scheme, including surveying, design and construction. The project will be led by the RHL Regeneration team who have a strong track record of delivering complex and customer/resident focussed projects. This is an important project and bidders will be required to demonstrate their commitment to the highest standards of project management and work quality. The successful contractor will be responsible for all aspects of the installations. We will be seeking to appoint the successful contractor to the roles of Principle Designer and Principle Contractor (under Construction Design and Management (CDM) Regulations 2015) for the duration of the works.
