Work description
Northumberland County Council (NCC) are seeking to investigate the opportunity to create a District Heat Network (DHN) that utilises heat from mine water. This is a relatively new technology but is getting a lot of attention as an alternative (where existing mine structures exist) to natural gas as a low carbon heating source.
