## Description

Hartlepool Borough Council is seeking to secure the expertise of a suitably qualified contractor to undertake a behavioural insights project\. \\r \\r The successful applicant \(bidder\) will have experience and skills in delivering behavioural insights work and preferably within a Local Authority setting\.\\r \\r To design and scope behavioural insights research for the 5 Tees Valley local authorities to understand why certain groups don't access COVID-19 and flu vaccinations\.\\r \\r Individuals wishing to register an interest and download the procurement documents, should apply via the ProContract e-tendering portal https://procontract\.due-north\.com\\r \\r All completed documentation for the first stage of this tender must be completed and returned via the ProContract e-tendering portal only and by no later than 2pm on Friday, 10th November 2023\. Postal or e-mailed submission will not be accepted\.\\r \\r
