Light Equipment Transporter - Wheeled Tanker Tractor 68T Upgrade

Upgrade of 77 Wheeled Tanker (WT) tractors to enable carriage of loads up to 44 tonnes and application of armour kits to fulfil the Light Equipment Transporter capability.
