We are keen to support all our local citizens to protect their health using national Government guidance \(see https://www\.gov\.uk/coronavirus \) and maintain their wellbeing during this challenging period\. Public Health Division are inviting local grass roots organisations \(separately, or as part of a consortium/ consortia\) that work with BAME, disabled and LGBT communities to develop a communication and engagement campaign which seeks to: - Further understand specific issues around Covid 19 faced by particular BAME, disabled and LGBT communities - Work with Public Health to develop appropriate messages to tackle the spread of Covid 19 and provide the most appropriate wellbeing advice - Use effective and appropriate culturally sensitive methods, which do not rely on face to face engagement, to get these messages out into these communities\. The communities we would like you to work with are: Community 1: BAME communities We would like organisations to focus on: 1\. Pakistani community 2\. Other South-Asian communities 3\.
