Reconfiguration of Therapy Space on Ward 7 (Room Number 009-02-2347)

Description

The Milton Keynes University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust (MKUH) wishes to appoint a Contractor to undertake the Reconfiguration of Therapy Space on Ward 7 (to comply with Workspace H&S Requirements).The tender pack sets out the information which is required to assess the suitability of applicants to meet the Trust's requirements. Close working with our specialists, named, and other approved manufacturers and suppliers will be required to ensure that any enabling works are carried timeously and within the timeframe of the proposed works. The project is of 3 weeks duration so that the area is returned to clinical use as soon as it is practical to do so. A full deep clean is to be included within the works for each screen installed prior to clinical clean by the in-house team. Any programme must include an allowance of one day for clinical clean prior to handing back to the PM for inspection and snagging before releasing to the Ward Manager.
