Sheffield City Council requires someone to carry out annual inspections of outdoor fixed play equipment in Parks and Open Spaces and Housing sites hosting playground equipment, to industry standards BSEN1176 and BSEN1177, and provide a report on the current condition of each item on the individual sites\.
