Monteagle Primary School Dining Hall Extension

The London Borough of Barking and Dagenham is pleased to invite you to tender for the construction of extension to the dining hall at Monteagle Primary School. The works comprise an extension to create additional dining capacity alongside and connected to the existing dining hall together with associated external works.

The tender period is November/December 2023 with appointment intended week ending 26th January 2024

Project Timelines Lead -in Time: 3 weeks. Site set up: Monday 19th February 2024 (28 week construction period). Completion of works: 30th August 2024.

Contractors must make themselves aware of the site layout, work requirements and the need to plan works, monitor safety on site and react promptly to changes in site conditions.
