Jira and Confluence licences

The Synergy Programme currently benefit from two applications known as Jira and Confluence. They have been adopted by the Synergy Programme as collaboration tools. Confluence is a document management tool that allows the programme to create, store and share documents and content across the various Programme workstreams. Jira is a known agile project management and issue management tool The current contract for these licences expires on 2nd November 2023. The Programme have confirmed that the licences for Jira and Confluence need to be maintained, and an increase in licence numbers is required from 100 to 300.
