## Description

Tonbridge & Malling Borough Council \(TMBC\) \('The Council'\) intends to appoint an experienced contractor \(the Contractor\) to undertake re-felting works at Larkfield Leisure Centre, ME20 6RH \(the Project\)\. The Project will be procured via the LHC RS4 Roofing Systems Framework under Workstream 1 - Traditional Flat Roofing area J - South East England, using a Garland specification\. All relevant Framework terms and conditions will apply\.
