This is a pre-market engagement exercise. Wakefield Council are considering procurement options for a replacement Committee Services Management system. Wakefield Council as a local authority has a number of statutory duties which need to be upheld in terms of publishing Council meeting documentation including agendas and minutes. This early market engagement is not a call for competition.
