Description

The primary purpose of this evaluation is to assess the GAGE programme's achievements in terms of its outputs, outcomes and impact, as the programme approaches the completion of the endline phase, and to document lessons learned from the GAGE programme. The evaluation will focus on the relevance, effectiveness, efficiency and sustainability of achieving its objectives and whether it helped advance the academic knowledge and policy reforms required to improve the wellbeing of adolescents.
