Pallion Vehicle wash

North East Ambulance Service wish to procure the following: A three-brush roll-over, moving gantry and chemical spray vehicle wash system with full water reclamation, chassis wash and be energy efficient.

An efficient wash machine equipped with standard wash selection push buttons for:

• Wide vehicles (truck, bus, coach.) • Narrow vehicles (cars, car derived vans, vans.)

The machine control system to contain an electronic system which controls the brush pressures while washing the vehicle. The machine to be pre-programmed or programmed on site to provide additional wash programmes for specific types of vehicle.

The chemical wash facility should facilitate washing of awkward shaped vehicles where it is not possible for the brushes to reach, or where the proximity of hydraulic rams, pipe work, loading equipment etc. would cause damage to brushes or wash machine.

The new wash unit must be compatible with the existing water treatment and recycling plant.
