## Description

Fortis Property Care \(FPC\) required at least 1 materials supplier to provide merchant services for following lots: 1: General Building 2: Plumbing & Heating 3: Electrical 4: Roofing Materials 5: Equipment/Machine Hire 6: Tools \(Power/Hand\) All tenders have the opportunity to go for 1 or more Lots\. Historically, FPC has used 1 main merchant for building services including plumbing/heating and another 1 for electrical\. All tenderers have the opportunity to go for one or more of these lots\. FPC's vision is to contract with one or more suppliers across these lot areas over a long-term contract, removing the use of uncontrolled suppliers\. Key to this vision is to provide an efficient, modern delivery/management method, with key focus on innovation and driving down on cost of materials and the wider service throughout the contracts' life\. Your offering in service terms is critical to help modernise our current ordering and collection procedures\.
