The Servicing, Repair & Maintenance of Communal / Corporate Gas Installations

Description

The London Borough of Hillingdon (Hillingdon) currently manages and maintains the domestic gas installations of approximately 25 Communal plant rooms 63 corporate buildings at various locations across the borough. The objectives of this contract are to appoint one service provider (contractor) to carry out the servicing, maintenance and remedial works to maintain London Borough of Hillingdon's communal gas fired appliances, central heating and hot water system installations, Solar PV, Air to Air Heat Source, CHP, Water Booster & Sewage Pumps in a legally compliant and serviceable condition and to the current Gas Safety, Installation and use Regulations and other relevant legislation that apply to Solar PV and Water Booster & Sewage pumps. The Council intends to award a contract for these services for a period of up to four (4) years with an option to extend for up to a further one (1) plus one (1) years subject to agreement and satisfactory performance. The proposed contract will be based upon the pricing schedule as shown in the tender pack and includes for the following; TAB A - Communal / Corporate Gas Comprehensive Cover TAB B - Air Source Heat pumps and Solar Panel Service Repair & Breakdown Cover TAB C - Water Booster / Sewage Pumps Service Repair & Breakdown Cover TAB D - Additional Works TAB E - Percentage Mark Up (quoted works) Additional information: The London Borough of Hillingdon is not seeking expressions of interest in this project as this is an award notice.
