The MoJ contains two estates functions, namely: 1\. His Majesty's Court and Tribunal Service Property Directorate \(HMCTS PD\) - dealing with HMCTS property interests; and 2\. MoJ Property Directorate \(MOJ PD\)- dealing with property interests used by: \(a\) His Majesty's Prison and Probation Service \(HMPPS\) \(b\) MoJ HQ \(c\) Home Office \(HO\) The contract for The Provision for Legal Services for MOJ Property Directorate, procured through Crown Commercial Service Framework Legal Services Panel \(LSP\) RM 6179\. This contract will support both MOJ PD and the HMCTS PD\.
