## Description

The incorporation of the lived experience lens into the design and delivery of the NELFT Open Dialogue training\. This is both a general and specific role\. In general it involves fulfilling the work of course tutor, with a tutor group to support, but specifically also to teach and provide support around the lived experience aspect of Peer-supported Open Dialogue\.
