Objectives of the consultancy
The overall role of DPSA is to assist the programme in procuring items which will be used for the PERL ARC programme, which will last from 2017 to 2021.
DPSA will demonstrate that its technical and commercial capacity will deliver Value for Money in the management of this programme.
